The free mockup

The mockup is free and comes with no obligation. It is a preview of a website design built around your business using publicly available information. It is not a live website.

The live site

If you choose to go live, the price is $200 a month. Your first month is free, there is no setup fee and there is no contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing me. If you cancel during the free month, you pay nothing.

Ownership

You own your website, its code and your domain. If you leave, I will hand them over so you can run the site elsewhere.

Your content

You confirm that the information, photos and text you give me are yours to use. I may use publicly available information about your business to build your mockup, and I will correct anything that is wrong before the site goes live.

No guarantees on rankings

I build every site so search engines can read it properly, but I cannot promise any particular position on Google or any number of inquiries.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms and will give notice of any change to the price at least 60 days before it takes effect.
